The HOA fees are $135 monthly and cover the cost of maintaining common area pathways and amenities like the Lake and Dock in the community.
You can report a maintenance issue by contacting the HOA management company, C&C Property Management, at 707-447-6088 or by emailing Rich@ccpropmgmt.com.
Yes. You may rent out your property, but you must notify the HOA and provide your tenants contact information and update your mailing address.
Yes, you are able to make changes to you home, but MUST FIRST submit an ACC request form and receive written approval from the HOA board. To find this form, please refer to the "HOA Documents" tab above.
